At Aira Fabrics Designer Studio, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure they reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on the product page or communicated by our team.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may be slightly longer during:

    • Festivals

    • Sales periods

    • High order volumes

    • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Within Telangana: 2–4 business days

  • Other Indian states: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Remote location accessibility

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen delays

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page.

5. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with reliable third-party courier services to deliver your orders.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and tracking are subject to their operations.

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (as applicable).

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ADDRESS DETAILS

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.

9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Opened or tampered

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery or

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos

We will assist you as per our Refund & Return Policy.

10. CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

For custom-stitched or made-to-order outfits:

  • Additional processing time may apply

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated separately

Such products are shipped only after final quality checks.
