Does submitting the form confirm my custom order?
No. It begins an enquiry. The team must review design feasibility, fabric, measurements, pricing and timing before a custom order can be confirmed.
Can I send an inspiration image?
Yes. Add a public image or social-post link in the form, or share the image with the Aira team on WhatsApp after submitting your enquiry.
Can Aira copy another designer's outfit exactly?
Reference images should communicate the style you like. The final design is subject to feasibility and should be adapted rather than represented as an exact original by another designer.
How are prices and timelines decided?
They depend on the selected design, fabric, detailing, measurements and studio availability. The team will communicate applicable information after reviewing the enquiry.
Can a custom-made outfit be returned?
Custom and personalised products may not be eligible for return. Confirm the design, measurements and applicable conditions with the team before approving an order.
